It is available for conventions, company conferences and training seminars, anywhere in the world. North American discount fares
Meeting attendees receive 5% off any published fare including United First or 10% off full coach when 10 attendees fly United to a meeting. Travelers may originate in different cities within the United States and Canada as long as the meeting city is in the United States and Canada. Discount is valid on United and United Express.

For meetings of 25 or more held in the United States or Canada, United guarantees economical fares from various departure areas to your destination. Area pricing discounts range form 40% to 70% off full, unrestricted coach fares. Area pricing discounts require no Saturday night stay, making them ideal for weekday meetings.

International meetings
Meeting attendees receive 10% off any published fare including United Business and 15% off full coach when 25 or more attendees fly United to an international meeting. Travelers must originate in the United States or Canada and may travel to any city in the world United Airlines services. Discounts are valid on United and United Express.

Bonus discounts
Meeting Plus includes an additional 5% discount for tickets purchased 60 days prior to departure. This discount is in addition to percentage discounts offered. Bonus discounts are not available on area pricing discounts.

Extra perks
In addition to price discounts, Meeting Plus and area pricing fare tickets qualify for Mileage Plus miles and are eligible for upgrades.

Earn staff tickets
Meeting Plus customers can earn tickets based on the number of travelers tracked under a special group code, the Meeting ID Number.

If you contract for more than one meeting, you can earn tickets based on accumulated passenger totals.

Promotional assistance
United Airlines offers a specially designed promotional piece to assist you in advertising United as the official airline for your meeting. Promotional assistance is available at no cost for Meeting Plus customers.

In addition, United has created a series of advertisements to help promote savings on United flights to your meeting. These ads are available for registration booklets in various sizes to accommodate printing requirements. Each ad also features customized text for contract requirements.
