For flights within the U.S., to/from Mexico and the Caribbean, and to Canada, seat assignments are subject to cancellation if you do not check in and obtain a boarding pass at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure and you if are not available for boarding at the departure gate at least 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure.

Effective March 1, 2008, for flights departing Canada, a boarding pass must be obtained at least 60 minutes prior to departure.

For all other international locations, customers must check in and obtain boarding passes at least 45 minutes prior to departure and must be available for boarding at the departure gate at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
