How frequently do I need to update EasySchedule?
We recommend updating EasySchedule at least once a month. The timetable is usually updated weekly.

You can also subscribe to receive a reminder via email when schedule updates are available by sending an email to reminder@uatimetable.com and placing "subscribe" in the subject line.

How do I update EasySchedule?
Update EasySchedule by downloading from the timetables page.  In most cases, the application will automatically reinstall to ensure that you have the most current version.

Palm

What are the differences between the various Palm download links?
You may choose from the automatic or manual downloads available for your Palm device.  The Palm automatic downloads are compatible with most, but not all, firewalls.  Each time you "HotSync" the system will check for the latest database and automatically download any updates to your Palm.

If you are unable to use the automatic download you may use the manual download options.

I have downloaded the files but I cannot get them to work.  How do I troubleshoot the problem?
Be sure you have installed both the PRC (the application) and the PDB file (the schedule database) in the Add On directory of your Palm Desktop software that the HotSync operation accesses.  The default Palm Desktop directory is 'Palm' and the default sub-directory is 'Add-On'.  Ensure that you have installed both the PRC and the PDB file on your hand held device via the HotSync operation.  If these steps fail, please try downloading the application again.

How do I find a scheduled flight?
Tap on the "Timetable" screen text.  Enter the 3 letter airport code or the city name for the Depart and Arrive cities/airports. Enter the Flight Date. Tap 'Find'.

I have entered the correct airport code or spelled the city/airport correctly but I get the message "there is no airport in the database that begins with ".
There are likely spaces before or after the information you entered.  This can be confirmed by viewing any spaces after the first parenthesis or before the second parenthesis.  (ie. 'ORD' or 'ORD ').  If this is not the problem, the city or airport may not be in the United route system.

PC downloads

How do I download EasySchedule for PC?
Select the PC download.  Select "Run from current location".  Follow the screen prompts for installation.  An icon will be placed on your desktop.  Double click the icon to launch EasySchedule for PC.

Pocket PC

How do I download EasySchedule for Pocket PC?
Ensure that you have installed ActiveSync on your PC. Select Pocket PC from the drop-down menu and select "run from current location". Follow the screen prompts for installation.  If your Pocket PC is in its cradle, EasySchedule will be installed directly to your Pocket PC.  If your Pocket PC is not in its cradle, EasySchedule will be installed with your next ActiveSync.

Note: For some Pocket PC operating systems, a softboot may be required for optimized installation.  Press the recessed softboot button on your PDA or select Softboot from the cover page of EasySchedule for Pocket PC.

Can I install EasySchedule for Pocket PC on a storage/expansion card?
EasySchedule must be installed in main memory on your Pocket PC.

I have the Pocket PC 2004 operating system and am not able to perform flight schedule lookups.  What should I do to troubleshoot the problem?
The 'dialup fix' application may not be launched on your Pocket PC.  On your Pocket PC please find:

Start / Programs / File Explorer / My device / Program files / Timetable / DialogQuery.exe

Please tap the DialogQuery executable to implement a fix that will enable lookups.  This is a one time activity.

Are there any other special instructions for downloading EasySchedule for Pocket PC?
Before downloading the latest timetable, you must perform a soft reboot on your PDA.
